Beyond Skid: A Cookbook For Ski Bums

Beyond Skid is a 200-page print hardcover cookbook filled with 50+ delicious mountain-town inspired recipes, beautiful photography, and storytelling. It’s a lighthearted look at Jackson Hole’s ski bum (skid) culture and inspires our audience to fuel their adventures with easy, healthy, and wallet-friendly home-cooked meals and snacks.

I photographed the entire cookbook, wrote and developed recipes alongside co-author Lily Krass, and worked alongside illustrator Christian Johansen to develop the print layout.
